The controller is a natural person in France, publishing as Tubask. Contact: hello@tubask.app. Name and postal address are not printed here. They are held by the host and given to a court or authority that asks.

When you send the form, we store your email address and the time you consented. That is all. We use it to write you when there is something to use — a launch note, not a drip of teasers.

Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Sending the form is that consent. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to hello@tubask.app. Withdrawal does not affect mail we already sent in good faith.

Neon, Inc. (database). Vercel Inc. (hosting). Those processors may handle the data outside the EU, under their standard contractual terms. We do not sell the list. We do not share it with advertisers.

Until you ask off the list, or 24 months after we last wrote to that address if we never launch. Then we delete the row.

This site does not set analytics cookies or advertising pixels. After you join, the browser may remember a local flag so we do not ask again in that tab. That is not used to identify you across sites.

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, restriction, or portability. You can object, and you can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr). Write hello@tubask.app and we will handle it.
